Following Chairman Paul Kavanaghs change under the 5 Year Rule in 2011 a full vote of confidence and endorsement was given to all of the outgoing officers in Chairman Donal Brennan Cloneen, Vice Chairman John Byrne Bennettsbridge, Secretary P.J. Kenny Lisdowney and Treasurer Paul Kavanagh Emeralds at Wednesday nights Northern Convention. A feature of the well attended meeting was a full colour souvenir booklet that included Photos of the Winning Teams, Minutes, Presentations, the scoreboard for all the Divisions games and the Financial Report. Along with the various officers reports the meeting was addressed by members of Kilkenny county Board.
